Refund and Return Policy

At The Seed Company, we take great care to ensure that every pack of seeds you receive is fresh, hygienic, and of the highest quality.
Since our products are food items, we follow strict safety standards and hygiene protocols.

Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand how we handle orders, returns, and replacements.


1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (edible food items), we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
However, we do accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product was damaged or leaked during delivery
  • The product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery

To initiate a return or replacement, please email us at caretheseedcompany@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the product and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

Once verified, our team will process a replacement or refund as per your request.


2. Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under these conditions:

  • The product was not delivered due to courier issues
  • You received a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, and we are unable to replace it
  • You cancelled the order before it was shipped

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or partially used food products
  • Items without original packaging or labels
  • Free samples or promotional items

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photographs as proof to assist in quality checks and claims with our logistics partners.
